        石墨烯(graphene)是由單層碳原子緊密堆積成二維蜂窩狀晶格結構的一種碳質新材料,是構建其它維度碳質材料(如零維富勒烯、一維碳納米管、三維石墨)的基本單元。石墨烯具有優異的電學、熱學和力學性能,可望在高性能納電子器件、復合材料、場發射材料、氣體傳感器及能量存儲等領域獲得廣泛應用。由于其獨特的二維結構和優異的晶體學質量,石墨烯蘊含了豐富而新奇的物理現象,為量子電動力學現象的研究提供了理想的平臺,具有重要的理論研究價值。因此,石墨烯迅速成為材料科學和凝聚態物理領域近年來的研究熱點。
